FWAC is a one-dimensional analytical computer code that aids in the design
and development of conventional fragmentation warheads by predicting:
- fragment projection velocity and angle
- distributions of fragment mass, velocity, and energy versus polar angle
- histories of fragment velocity and position

FWAC's graphical user interface makes it easy to set up fragment warheads of
even complex configuration for analysis.
Results are displayed in a convenient graphical format to which data from
tests or other analysis may be added for comparison.
Key Benefits
- Easy to set up.
- Accuracy: FWAC makes use of the most advanced models of explosive-metal
interaction. Results are typically as good as those computed with elaborate
multi-dimensional hydrocodes.
- Runs in a few seconds on a personal computer.
- Doubles as a pre-processor for setting up more elaborate hydrocode
computations.
