Our Manufacturing Division is able to produce a wide variety of parts in virtually any material.

Equipment

Our 16,000-sq-ft facility is equipped with the latest CNC machining equipment and computerized inspection devices. We can turn out the most sophisticated parts in virtually any material to tolerances of 0.0001" in sizes up to 24" diameter by 48" long.

MIG, TIG, and HeliArc welding equipment, with staff certified under a variety of commercial and government steel and aluminum process specifications.

Numerex CMM measurement system

Other services included forging, plating, surface grinding, honing, painting, heat treatment, testing and inspection.

We also have the capability to machine (non-explosive) reactive materials.
