Our shop maintains a broad base of capabilities to ensure that all of your machining, fabrication, and final assembly needs can be satisfied.

Machining

Our assortment of conventional and CNC lathes can turn out the most sophisticated parts in virtually any material to tolerances of 0.0005" in sizes up to 24" diameter by 48" long.

Our conventional horizontal and vertical mills and our 3-axis CNC machining centers can produce parts up to 20" x 24" x 48" in virtually any material to tolerances of 0.0005" or better.

Sheet Metal Forming

Our metal brakes, shears, and punches can fabricate sheet metal up to 48" length x 10 gauge.

Welding

Our shop contains MIG, TIG, and Arc welding equipment, and welders on our staff are certified under a variety of commercial steel and aluminum process specifications.

Other Services

We maintain relationships with nearby vendors for specialty processing, including:

  • Forging
  • Plating
  • Painting
  • Heat treatment
  • Testing and inspection.
