DET has completed multiple production runs of this product which is used to position the nose of a missile to its body.

The challenges in producing this product are its tight tolerances, especially in pinpointing the angles to insure proper location of the nose piece. DET accomplished this by using novel fixtures during the machining process as well as our Master-Cam system.
